Marketing Coordinator

Job description:

Marketing Coordinator

Rylee & Cru seeks an enthusiastic in-house Marketing Coordinator to oversee initiatives of brand awareness, brand engagement, and customer loyalty. The candidate must be passionate about and knowledgeable in the kids contemporary apparel world, have a sense of ownership over projects and oversee execution of all core marketing elements.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop strategies to engage current customers and build brand loyalty

Deploy successful email marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more

Produce engaging content for our blog that attracts and converts our target groups and builds site engagement and visits

Build strategic relationships with PR outlets and press contacts that work with the brand

Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely

Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Build and maintain our social media presence and social correspondence

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience on the website

Work on initiatives to continue to grow our direct to consumer sales and maximize our online platform


Proven working experience in digital marketing

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Must currently live in San Diego and work in office a minimum of 3 days a week.
